Few days ago, I received a souvenir from a colleague of mine. It's a wooden pen from Indonesia written there Lake Toba. Actually it's not really a souvenir, I guess... Just that he's clearing his desk because he got 'something big' to plan on... Lolx

For the sake of my curiosity, I tried to search online what the heck or where is this Lake Toba located. Surprisingly, I found out that it’s an amazing place which caught my attention.

An immense volcanic lake, Lake Toba is 100 km long and 30 km wide, formed by gigantic volcanic eruption some 70 000 years ago. Bigger than Singapore, it covers an area of 1 707 square kilometres, with a surface elevation of about 900 metres. Here, you can find the world famous crater lake, Danau Toba, located at the Batak highlands, roughly five hours drive from the city. This spectacular and fascinating lake boasts as the largest lake in South East Asia, with tall mountains surrounding it and with a large Samosir Island right in the middle. To get to Lake Toba from Medan, you can either use Brastagi in the Karo highlands or along the plantation route and Permatang Siantar.

Phuket + Krabi, Thailand - Day 4

Day 4, Today is our last day at Krabi. After packing our luggage, we walked down to the entrance to put our luggage aside and had our very first breakfast. To be honest, the variety of the breakfast here is rather less compared to Deevana Patong Resort at Phuket.

We were given an environmental bag each of us by the van driver. It's water-proof, but too bad it has a Tipa Resort logo on it. And I don't want to be the ambassador of the resort... unless they pay me to ler. Wahahaha. Lolx.

In the van, I requested the driver to switch on the radio rather than listening to his Ang Moh's (western) CD which I can easily listen in my country. But he told me there was only a CD player, NO radio ! Kanasai le... Hahaha. I wan't to COMPLAIN!

*P/s: Prae, If you read this... please upgrade your resort's van with CD player which comes in with radio. Better still if it's a VCD player. So that I can watch my newly bought Karaoke VCD... Yupe. I bought Ice Saranyu's latest Karaoke VCD album, 'With You'. Hahaha.

After the 2 hrs journey, finally we reached back to Deevana Patong Resort, Phuket. Checked in and freshen up abit before we went for our 1hr Thai Body Massage FREE by the resort. Actually it's not considered as FREE either, we exchanged the 'it' with our breakfast due to our early flight the next day. We had to reach the airport by 6:30am.

Day 3, After having our 'rush breakfast', we started our Phi Phi island tour of the day. Only around 11 passengers in the speedboat including 3 of us. We sat infront of the boat to feel the excitement. The strong wind blew our hair just like crazy. But that was the fun part of it. Hahaha.

Day 2, we checked out 6am in the morning from Deevana Patong Resort to transfer to Krabi. The driver was already waited for us at the entrance when we walked down. We felt like celebrities for letting the driver waited for us. Hahaha. Oh ya, I forget to mentioned, we gave ourselves a Thai name, Ice (me), Chin (Bryan) and Tata (Kathy). Lolx.

The 3 celebs (us) were so sleepy early in the morning. Therefore we took a nab in our luxury van while the driver drove us to our destination, Tipa Resort. Wahahaha~

As usual, we felt so warmed upon reaching when they greeted us Sa Wa Dee Ka/Krup !!! The 1st thing we did when we reach there was to find Prae, the 'Sui Jing Jing' we met in the Matta fair previously. Hahaha. Finally she shown up, and guided us to our Bungalow teak.

We need this 'Golf Cart' to fetch us to our Bungalow. Lolx

We were being brought to another island to have our lunch there. This was the place where we met that Thai guy AGAIN who helped us take photos earlier on. Of course, the 3 celebs (us) who loves to jump request his help again this time. Hahaha~ We had a quick chat and introduced to one another. Getting to know his named was 'Touch' and we even exchanged emails for further contact perhaps. Lolx

Rai Lay island was our next destination. It was very crowded with Ang Moh (westerners) compared to those previous islands we went. Surrounded by rocks making this place suitable for rock climbing.

At night, we had our dinner at the resort because it was included in our package. Prae came to join us for a little while for chatting. I have to admit we were to LOUD! We made the relaxing ambiance into a 'Pasar Malam' environment. But very fast, we controlled ourselves and started to behave like the elegance celebs. Wahahaha~

After our dinner, Prae and her 2 colleagues joined us for a night walk surrounding the resort. She was so kind to be our 2hrs Tour Guide of the night. Hahaha. One of her colleagues was so famous on the street there. She know almost everybody on the street, the salesgirl in the shop, the pancake auntie, some Farang owner of the boutique...etc. Lolx

Phuket + Krabi, Thailand - Day 1

9:30pm. It's raining outside. I'm starving right now while waiting my sis to 'Ta Pao' (take away) dinner for me. It's my fave 'Fried Sotong' & 'Fried Chicken' from Tua Ka Cherng (big ass). Sounds very rude huh ? Lolx. Honestly, I've no idea where this name from. But their fried sotong & chicken is very yummy! Hahaha.

Tonight, I'm going to share with you guys my Phuket + Krabi trip last month with my cousins.

8th October 2009, Departing from LCCT (KUL) to Phuket (HKT)
Day 1, we reached LCCT about 5:30am. Then we headed to the counter to check in. Old Town Kopitiam was our first choice for our breakfast that day. Unfortunately, it was too crowded. Therefore we changed our mind and went to McD instead.

I just can said that pilot is super insane. At some times, the plane was so shaky. My heart beats amazingly fast. It's not like my first time flying with Air Asia. But seriously i felt like unsecured this time. I'm very Kia Si (scared die) one gah. Hahaha. However, we arrived there safely. It just took us around 1hr 5mins to reach Phuket airport. Oh My God, It was raining. But that doesn't pull us down. We were still very excited and asked one of the officer to take photo for us.

There was a convenient shop called '108 Shop'. We walked in just to find our newly known product 'Smooth E Baby Foam'. I introduced to my cousins before this because I found out that the advertisement was so damn funny. Watch the ad below. Seriously, It is damn funny! Lolx

Yesh ! We found it... We even took pictures with it. But I'm not gonna show it here because I don't look good in that picture. Wahahaha. Once we walked out the entrance of the airport, I saw my name on a board took by a Thai guy. He was the driver who drove us to the Deevana Patong Resort, a resort which we booked earlier on the Matta fair.

Awww... another 1hr we spent on the journey from Phuket airport to the resort. Sa Wa Dee Ka/Krup !!! We've been greeted politely by the resort's staff. Had our breakfast after checking in. The food was so 'Aloi' (delicious). Maybe we were too hungry for that time. Lolx.

I'm now situated alone at Jeth Ice Cream Cafe. Seafood spaghetti and mango ice tea are my dinner for tonight. This is the first time I visit this cafe though it has been opened for quite some time and near to my house. Well, I enjoy spending my own sweet time alone at those cafe with a nice ambiance especially there's an open air balcony area here.

I sat at the balcony area and starting to blog while the breezing air blow gently on my hair and face. I started to open my web cam and snapshot my cutie face hapily... UNTIL there are 2 unknown ladies come and sit behind me. Damn, although I'm ZLK, but I'm not going to let you two see I'm cam whoring in the cafe. Haha. Therefore I've shut the web cam and continue blogging. But luckily I've managed to capture few nice photos before they come.

Actually tonight I'm supposed to be at Green Box showing off my 'Kho Lee' (talent) with a friend of mine. But I end up here because I've been FFK (Fong Fei Kei), obviously! Hahaha ~

OMG, I've got 20mins remaining before my lappy shut down. I didn't bring my lappy charger along because I thought 2 hours is more than enough for me to dine here. BUT I was wrong, I enjoyed the atmosphere here very much and I don't want to leave so soon. Arghhh... I guess I got no choice but to leave now. Ciaoz ~

COUNT DOWN - 9 days to go for my beachy holiday with my cousins.

8th October 2009, we'll be departing from LCCT (KUL) to Phuket (HKT).

1st day, we'll be staying at Deevana Patong Resort & Spa for a night only.We booked the hotel earlier on the MATTA Fair last month. It looks clean & tidy at a resonable price (RM 150/pax) for 2 nights including 2 ways of airport transfer.

A friend of mine went Phuket last few months and she left a treasure for me to dig at Maya beach. Well, don't blamed us for being childish to play this 'Message in da bottle' game thingy. BECAUSE I am consider very childish at my age. Hahaha. Lolx. Hope the bottle won't thrown away by some hygienic 'Ang Moh' there. :D

2nd day, we'll be picked up by the Tipa Resort driver and start our journey to Krabi 6am early in the morning. We were told to be reaching there around 2 hours. After that, we'll be visiting 4 islands surrounding there.

3rd day, Phi Phi island is the place we'll be visiting. Lunch-ing, Snorkeling, Photo shooting and Video Making are the activites we plan to do. Lolx.

4th day, we'll back to Phuket and stay a night there.

Hmmm... seems like a not bad itinerary. Don't you think so? Hahaha. If you got any suggestion or A-MUST-GO place that I'm not suppose to miss. Please let me know ya. Lolx. :D

I've been working as a part-time waiter at a 明歌餐厅 near my house for almost 2 weeks already. Well, I still have to survive by earning some pocket $$$ while I'm looking for a permanent job. Haha. The working environment there is not bad. I met some new friends there. We even plan to go Green Box next week. Woww... it's been 3 months since my last K-session. I gotta learn some new songs for my next week session. :D

There are 2 staffs that I don't really like actually. One is a shorty from dunno which country. He always show his seniority and use most of his time to correct me when I'm doing a minor mistake. Well, that was the first few days when I'm a noob and don't know anything. Now, I'm getting used to the operation. YOU don't come near me and mind your own business. Lolx.

Another one reminds me of my x-colleague. He's got a 'Yong Sui' appearance. But as time goes by, I think he's okey. Haha~

Yesterday night there was this Vinx 林一心 came to the cafe for album promotional tour. I don't really know who is him actually. Is he local or foreign artist? But that doesn't matter to me because he sang badly on stage. The speaker was so loud and really make the whole environment like sound polluted. ( I'm sorry but I have to said these, forgive me if you're a fan of him. Lolx )

Definition of Cam Whore:

1. Teen girl(s) who spend their time taking 'seductive' pictures ofthemselves and friends, as well as abstract, 'arty' subjects, and thenpost them on the internet in livejournals. Subsequently live and die bythe reactions these pictures get in the form of comments, usuallycoming from less popular girls in the form of high praise for'cuteness' etc. A girl with no life outside her internet circle ofpopularity.

2. A person who takes lots of pictures of themselves, using a mirror or pointing the camera towards themselves.

3. Someone who takes thousands of pictures of themselves to put onmyspace. Usually, the pictures are taken from weird angles or arepictures of a mirror which is completely pointless because the cameragets in the way of your face. They usually never even look at thecamera and do that same blow-fish pose with a peace sign in everypicture. ( This is really funny :D )

Above are the 3 definitions I found online about 'Cam Whore'. Very obvious I'm the 2nd typed. Hmmm, no no... I think I'm the combination of 2nd & 3rd because I do used a mirror as a prop sometime when shooting. Wahahaha. But at least I don't show a peace sign in every photo.

Actually I've not taken photo for quite some time since my camera has been stolen and my notebook web cam suddenly don't function properly. But all of sudden, yesterday I've tried to test my web cam and it works perfectly alright. Therefore, I cam whore abit with my Doraemon sandal which I bought from Chiang Rai last year. The sandal is cute isn't it? But I know I'm cuter. Wahahaha ~

Recently, I’ve been cleaning my room. I found out that i still kept those japanese drama box set. Examples – The Innocent Witch a.k.a Mo Nv Zi Tiao Jian, With Love, Strawberry on Shortcake, Bing Zi Shi Jie, Beach Boys Special Edition… etc

But there’s this drama caught my attention. It’s called ‘Friends’, a collaboration of korean & japanese drama casted by Won Bin & Kyoko Fukada. They used to be my idols last time. You know ler, last time when my secondary school age. Everybody is not talking about TVB, their not discussing about taiwanese drama Meteor Garden too. All of them were crazy boiling the japanese drama like GTO, Beach Boys etc… So i was 1 of them. Hahaha

Okay, let’s continue with this drama. I still remembered this drama was meant to show the collaboration between the 2 countries, Korea & Japan. That time dunno what football event between these 2 countries, then this drama was made. Well, it’s a story about bringing two people from very different cultures together. Kim Ji Hoon (Wonbin) runs into Asai Tomoko (Kyoko Fukada) in Hong Kong and sparks begin flying from there…

This drama reminds me of a similar incident that i encountered at Taipei with 2 of my colleagues. I still remembered 3 of us was taking the MRT back to San Want Hotel after shopping & eating at Shihlin Market. In the MRT, there was these 3 japanese sitting opposite facing us. They were so funny wearing the colorful spec which bought from Shilin Market i guess. Me & 2 colleagues can’t control ourselves and keep laughing. 3 japanese were laughing at us too and here comes the ice breaker. We took photos in the MRT and started our conversation in English. Honestly, their English is very weak. But they were very friendly and cheerful. Hahaha.

The ’show-off’ me, of course I speak with them with my japanese language. “Sumimasen, Nihongo Wa Sukoshi Dake Deki Mas”. It means ‘I’m sorry, I do know a little japanese only’. Wahahaha… Finally i got the chance to use this sentense. But actually this is the ONLY sentence i know besides those Baka, Arigatou, Wakata… etc. Hahaha.

We talked, talked & talked until we missed the station. All of us are supposed to stop at Taipei Main Station. But we were so crazy acting funny & questioning, we dont realised we missed the station too. Then we all stop at the next station and sit back to Taipei Main Station. We asked a taiwanese stranger to take photos for us.

Arghhh… when thinking back this incident, I felf so happy. Meeting foreigners in a foreign country is always what i hope for. Hahaha. Below is the photo we took at Taipei Main Station.

There’s a website caught my attention too. It’s a wedding photographers site called Mr & Mrs. Those photos taken by them are really nice. I was once thought of wanna be a wedding photographer too. You’re not only capturing the sweetest moment of the couples, but you’ll get somekind of satisfaction when you yourself view the photography artwork taken by ownself. Everybody thinks what do are the best… hahaha

I hope I can get an Olympus E-P1 or Canon D5000 as soon as possible. Life without camera by my side is so not used to it ~ Hahaha.

I’m supposingly at Bangok now walking down the street, bargaining at the night market, or having a drink while observing the happening environment around the city… But I’m not… I’ve cancelled my trip to Bangkok due to the serious H1N1 infection. A little bit upset & dissapointed…

ARRrrghhh… it’s been 2 days since my home network connection down. Today i’ve called the Streamyx people and made a report. I think i’m gonna wait for 1-2 days for them to fix it.

I’m now situated @ McD near my house. Having my supper french fries while onlining is always my kind of thing. Hahaha… lolx. Nothing else to do, i’m just fb-ing, jobstreet-ing & cam whoring. Ohh shit, my notebook is gonna out of battery.

I’m sure many of you will wondering or questioning me, what the heck is “ItSaRaPhaap” means?

Well, here it goes…
ItSaRaPhaap means freedom in Thai. For your information, i love Thailand since my 1st visit there.

I love to shop at Chatuchak
I love to snap photo at the White Temple
I love thai massage
I love thai songs
I love thai movies, especially horror type

But the most important thing is i found out that the people there are friendly with manners. I’m using ItSaraPhaap as a theme for my blog because i’ll write anything that comes on my mind.

That’s called “Freedom”.

What is your hobby ?

Today one of my colleagues asked if i do play football. I say NO. Then i'm start thinking what is my hobby anyway? Hahaha...

Sleeping like pig is of course my 1st choice among all. Hahaha ~ But actually i love swimming and i play ice-skating. I'm into fishing & photographing as well... Hmmm, then i found 1 conclusion of all my hobbies.

I heard this before in radio. Swimming, Ice-skating, Fishing, Photographing. All these activities can done by one person alone and don't need partner or to be in a team. People who loves this type of activities is very independent and enjoy the their privacy time alone. Does it make sense ??? Am i that type of person too??? Hahaha ...

Maybe yes... i am that type of person. :P
I won't deny sometimes i love to travel alone.
I can go anywhere anytime i like without waiting for others.
I can eat anything i like without concerning for others.

To cut it short, i'll fly again next year July...
Can't wait for that day to come... hahahah . :D

最近我真的变了！
我变了不喜欢开口讲话。
我变了没以前那么开朗。
我开始对身边的人很失望。
我也不清楚什么时候我变的那么悲观。

有时候我在飞机上的窗口往下来，就觉得下面的世界很大。
同时间，我也觉得自己很渺小。
飞得越高，越觉得自己根渺小。

我发觉
还有很多东西我没吃，
还有很多东西我没玩，
还有很多地方我没去，
还有很多人我没认识，
还有很多路我没走。

我终于明白，不管我变了什么样。
明天太阳还是东边起。
路还是要继续走下去。
我决定要开开心心的过。

I've no mood to talk...
I've no energy to smile...
I've no path to go...
I don't want to go working every morning...
and i won't go sing K anymore...

I am unhappy...
Maybe i should pack my "Yeng Zai" luggage bag and continue travel again. Traveling around can always make me feel relax and forget about the burden i had. This time i can go with my newly bought Asus Notebook. I bought it yesterday at Digital Mall.

Unfortunately, i'm not a rich person who can bring his notebook and sit at the air-conditioned cafe while tasting the hot coffee during the working hour. Traveling needs money.

But anyway, i can't wait till next year July. It's the time for me to fly again...

Barcelona [16-09-08] - kind of place that i'm not used to go. As everybody knows, i'm a good boy who dont drink & smoke. But since it's my colleague's bdae, so i decided to give him face to attend the party ler... hahaha.

One of my another colleague actually working part-time there as a ..... as a... (dunno actually what his post). To cut in short, he jaga that place punya lor. hahaha. lolx.

Martell-ing, danc-ing, sight-seeing are what we do that night. At first, i'm still quite enjoy. Sitting while martell-ing. I can totally feel relax because suddenly all my problems / difficulties in my head are gone. That is because my brain at that moment = BLANK !!! hahahaha... lolx ~

I got drunk that night. But actually cant consider as D.R.U.N.K ler... hahaha. I just sleep on the sofa. :D When the time i sleept like pig, few of my colleagues did something to me. But i wont mention here, hahaha. Damn, the next day only i knew what they did to me. But it's really scarry i cant remember or recall back what had happened when i was sleeping there. No feeling at all. hahaha.

I feel happy now because i'm travelling to Chiang Mai 2 more days. I even bought myself a 'Yeng Zai' luggage back. hahaha. I believe everybody needs to have at least one 'Yeng Zai' luggage bag in their wardrobe bacause this luggage bag will accompany you to step out of the world, to explore more, to experience more, to see different side of what you seeing everyday.

Taking a bus

Taking a bus - everybody is taking bus, either to school, to college, to work or to go shopping. I used to take bus to college last time. Sitting side of the mirror is my favourite. Sometimes i love to sit alone in a bus listening to my mp3 while my eyes are observing to the surrounding.

Taking a bus is just like our life. The destination is the place you wanna be a.k.a 'your GOAL in your life'. Passengers act like your friend in your life, you'll keep on meeting new people, getting to know each other from different background and the relationship / friendship is built. However, passengers will keep on 'in & out' from the bus. They're not everlasting. So, appreciate the things / people surrounding you.

You wont know when they leave the bus. Human life is full of "Meeting" & "Leaving"...
Meeting new people, Leaving in sadness.

Recently, i learned a lot from a drama called "Moonlight Resonance". Would like to recommend to you guys... really worth to watch, TRUST me. wont 'low tim' you de. lolx ~

04 Aug 2008 - The first day that i moved out and staying alone... I'm now at the 11th floor of a condo, sitting right beside the window while typing this blog... hahaha ~

First time ever moving out from my home... i do feel nervous... & happy at the same time. lolx. It's time for me to get independent now~

Just now on my way back from dinner, i found a familiar face, a long lost-friend whom i knew from Inti College last time. Wow... feel so great to met a friend who you don't contact for such a loooong period. We chit-chat awhile and then i go back my room and continue tidy up my room. Still in abit messy condition... hahaha.

It's time for me to get a rest now. On my new matress, new pillow... hahaha ~
I hope tomorrow morning when i wake up, i dont see a "Ngau Yuk Kon" on my car's front windscreen. Hahaha... God bless me.

I don't know why suddenly i always thought of owning a Casio calculator watch which i used to have before. If i not mistaken, i used to have this kind of watch when i'm in my secondary school. Unfortunately, i don't know where i throw or it missing already ~ SO BAD !!!

I still think it's very 'Yao Yeng' wearing a calculator on your hand while walking on the street. hahaha ~ I got this image online, not sure it's still on the market. Will go and check this out when i'm free... lolx.

Do you guys ever regret for not appreciated the things you used to own before? When it's missing, you'll start to find a million ways to get it back. Human is born to have this kind of weakness. But if you don't lost it, you won't appreciate it. It's true...

Lover link seafood & Ocen seafood restaurant

Baywatch restaurant

Tanjung Sepat is a place famous with seafood. Above are 3 seafood restaurants with good view & 'not bad' environment. Lover link and Ocen seafood restaurant are just next to each other. Well, i've only tried Ocen and the food is not bad. Maybe next time i should try Lover link so that i can compare which is better... hahaha. But one promising thing is the view = GREAT !

As you can see on the above pic, there's a so called 'bridge' next to the restaurant. It's a.k.a "lover link". Actually there's a ladder for you to go down walk walk & blow blow wind. hahaha. One thing really shocked me was i spotted a 'Guan Yin' statue just under the bridge. If you noticed the above picture carefully, you'll know what i meant. But luckily it's just a statue and not those 'dirty' thing. I'm so afraid if i captured any 'dirty' thing in the picture. lolx :P

Baywatch restaurant was the place my family and i celebrated mother's day that night. The environment is not bad too ~ But the food is just so-so. One food that i warning you NOT to order in the restaurant is "Ooh Jien". Hmmm, 'GELI' is the word to describe it. It's somehow like using the fried eggs to cover the 'tak masak punya Ooh'... hahaha ~ (sorry, i'm not good in describing things. lolx)

But anyhow, i've captured some nice pictures at that place. Hahaha. :P

Recently i watched a thai ghost movie called "Dorm". This movie is not new, in fact it's 2/3 years back movie if i not mistaken. At first, i thought it's just an ordinary ghost movie that i commonly watched. But it's NOT... Hmmm, how do i describe le? I rather say it's a movie about friendship between a boy and a ghost... hahaha. lolx ~

There's a sentence which caught my attention in the end of the movie. "Because i've learned that with one close friend by your side... Even the worst things in life will eventually pass in just one short breath."

Hmmm, talking about close friend. Everyone will do have at least one close friend in his life. So do i. But what's actually the definition of close friend ???

For me, a close friend is a friend that you can call or DARE to call even 3am in the morning. That's what i thought. It's easy to find someone to share your happiness, but it's hard to find someone with you when you face difficulties. Maybe i do have close friend in different stage of my life, from my secondary school to college, or even in working place. But NOT anymore...

Life sometimes is not as easy as you thought, the people surrounding you sometimes is not as simple as you thought too. I hardly trust anybody sometimes. But no matter how, i still do give my 100% sincerity in making friends. That's my motto. I don't expect others will treat me as close friend, as long as i'm not the last person in the friend list will do.

23-03-08 - Joi Kin le, Hong Kong...

Tai O

22-03-08 - I decided to 'throw' away my colleagues and start my 'yi ge ren de xing li'. hahaha... lolx. I always loves to act like those explorer with a backpack on my shoulder and travel alone while observing the people/things surrounding me.

Tai O is a small fishing village located in Lantau island. I took the MRT to station 'Tung Chung' and from there, i need to spend 45mins in the bus in order to reach Tai O. Haha, but it's fine for me because it's worth it. This village is really relaxing and i spotted some familiar places which i saw from TVb drama AGAINnnn... hahaha ~

But the most unlucky thing was i cant see the 'white dolphin' that day. According to the boat-boy, we hardly see dolphin on rainy day. Haizz... too bad ! Anyway, i'm still very enjoy the whole Tai O trip. :D

Stanley is a nice place for you to walk-walk, eat-eat & lax-lax ( i mean relax. haha ) Recently if you watch 《TVB原来爱上贼》(Catch Me Now), you'll notice the restaurant where the thieves used to hang-out is in Stanley. This white-blue color exterior restaurant is called "The boathouse".

My company trip to HK last month can't be considered an amazing trip. But i can give 7/10 star overall. This is my first time been to HK. Actually for those who are TVB drama freak, once you've been there... you can see a lot of familiar places, exactly like what you watched in tvb drama. I felt so excited and got 'chan jit kam' when i reached there... hahaha :D
